Operating system Windows 10. I have Thunderbird installed on three computers. Two on Windows 10 and one on Windows 11. I have two accounts Helen and Kevin. I have no problems with my Kevin account on the there computers. The error only occures with my Helen account and only on the Windows 10 computers. Not the Windows 11 computer. Can you fix this?

I was having trouble with folders in Thunderbird on my desktop which were different to my Thunderbird folders on my android phone. I deleted Thunderbird from my desktop and also the profiles. I wanted to start again, but Thunderbird will not reopen. How can I get Thunderbird to open and start over with the setup. I am enjoying Thunderbird on my phone and it has all the folders from the email server. Thank you

Downloading messages is now noticeably slower on an older desktop if the 'Inbox' folder is selected/focus. If focus is changed to a different folder (i.e. 'Sent') the message downloads become blazing fast.

Deleting messages seems slower as well and I think it is related. May involve inserting/deleting entries in the grid.

Hi, I can sign in and all mail accouns work fine. However, i USED to be able to go to passwords then chose show passwords and (after typing my global passsword for TB) I would see my real passwords (not the long string of letters) for each account.

Now I cannot see these anymore. How come and can i see my real passwords for my accounts?

De plus, suite à un changement d'ordinateur mes mots de passe sont visibles aves des chiffres et des lettres credential redacted (see https://github.com/thunderbird/aaq-scraper/issues/15 ) Je ne peux pas voir mes mots de passe enregistrés Je ne peux donc pas me connecter à mes boites mails car les mots de passe ne sont pas valides A savoir que je suis sur certaines boites mail sur @outlook.com (anciennement dbmail)

It's very odd. Normally moving an email, say from the Inbox to the relevant year's archive, takes "no time at all".

Which is true for all the mailboxes shown on the attached screenshot, EXCEPT for the four at the bottom. Moving even one message from Inbox to Yiddish can take ten seconds or longer (with the dreaded "Not Responding" occasionally). Moving something in the opposite direction is also screwy, only from those four.

I had thought that it was because they're rather large. This first started when there were just Yiddish and MSW, and I split off most of the earlier years into the archives shown. To no avail.

It's only an annoyance, but I'm puzzled about how such a thing could happen.

Also very slow tagging or untagging a message just in those mailboxes.

However, the new identity does not appear in Thunderbird, where the others are. The address is not recognized, and does not receive emails. I feel like I have missed a fundamental step but have followed the help instructions & cannot see what I am doing wrong. Ive checked and the program is up to date. When I replaced Outlook with Thunderbird, it was brilliant. It was so good, I chose to donate! Now it's changed. I was trying to find out why a forwarded email changed the body of the message to a HTML attachment. I stupidly followed a wrong AI help process and changed something I can't remember. Now all of my emails only show hyperlinks and not the pictures these hyperlinks point to. I would like the pictures back and the option to download these if these are safe in new emails. I've seached everywhere I thought I went but I can't find the setting that does this. Please help if you can.

Each day in the calendar is off by 1 day. e.g. tomorrow it says Tuesday Jun 29, etc. If I change the view to Multiweek, the dates and days of the week line up as 2 June 29s for Monday and Tuesday!.
